For those following Armand Rousso, he published his response to Saul Hansell’s August 22 story (“Misgivings Spoil Plans of Start-Up”)on a blog post called Armand Rousso response to NYT story by Saul Hansell. He says that hansell’s story was a disturbing departure. He says instead of publishing a well-researched financial piece, he chose to write a tabloid-like hatchet job with statements regarding his past that were not true. He wants to set the record straight his legals problems were before the IPO came into play and he had never been charged by any government agency.
