Learning At Brightstorm

Filed under: Thought I Would Share — Stefani @ 8:47 am

Have you heard of Brightstorm ? It is an online learning network for high school students that are desiring to go to collage. They have different courses that cover the core topics that are commonly taught in college. These are school subjects such as Geometry, Algebra, and Writing that are designed to supportĀ  students in classes where they would need additional help in order reach their full potential. If you have a child in high school that might need some extra help, I would advise checking out what they have to offer.

Each of the Brightstorm courses are broken into ten to twenty minute video lessons that are divided by a topic. The courses also include interactive quizzes, facts and materials such as practice problems and study guides that help gain a deeper understanding of the subject of the course.

When you visit siteĀ  you can browse the courses by subject or by the teacher. What is also cool is the ability to ask the teacher questions you may have as well as share your ideas with the teacher. I would recommend taking a peek at the site and Sign up for a free brightstorm acccount to take a tour of their website and see what they really have to offer.

Until Next Time
